[Trans] 110830 Ayu Hamasaki Twitter Updates

Please read from bottom to top.

No, I don’t. We artists all hold the same pain, so we gather together the same kindness and change it to power, and stand on stage as comrades. I do not have any regrets(^_−)−☆ RT @ymounkauro: @ayu_19980408 It was the best stage ever, everyone supporting each other. Ayu, you don’t have any regrets, do you?

Keita~I want to see you~(*^^*)RT @keitamaruyama: I received courage from your words; always, anytime, sincerely, with your faith and love, creation, you face & decide & battle in a serious manner. Thank you. RT @ayu_19980408

Yes, there were places where I omitted. The reason of my distrust was because I was suddenly forced to change the set list, and also, the fact that the existence of the seniors (whom I highly think of) and my darling juniors were not respected.

Lastly. Masa (T/N: CEO Matsuura) was always by my side, and continued to protect / guard me, under any conditions, battling / struggling with his position as the CEO.

To tell the truth, I suffered whether or not I should stand on stage until the last minute. However, there were of course the audience who was waiting for me, and I remembered the faces of my fellows, staffs, and TA (fan club) members whom we struggled together with, thus, I decided to stand on stage.

Concerning the story of a-nation (which is the center of gossips), the truth is almost the same as everyone’s guesses. (T/N: reading back ayu’s tweets, it seems that someone did not like the fact that ayu sung with JUNO on stage in Osaka) However, one point is not right. I myself made a protest to the company (T/N: avex), and I myself refused to accept to be the last to perform in Tokyo’s two days. It was because I became to distrust a-nation itself.

I thought that I would only talk to my TA (T/N: Team ayu, ayu’s fan club members) in my blog, but it seemed that I am confusing Tohoshinki fans, too, so I would like to tweet. I will explain the truth, since everyone will be restless until I do so. However, this will be my first and last words.

  1. Can someone enlighten me… WHO “suddenly forced (Ayu) to change the set list” and WHO showed disrespect towards Ayu’s seniors & juniors?

    • A-nation, apparently

      • Does anyone know WHO specifically? I understand this happened at a-nation & it’s not Max.

      • I guess it doesn’t matter WHO. It already happened & a-nation’s over.

  2. i hope things will turn out fine in the end~ since ayu has been a performer at the anation for like 10 years now, hopefully she won’t give up now~ fighto fighto ^^

and thanks to her for giving homin the chance to shine by performing last~ (whether it’s intentional or not) :D

  3. She didn’t give the stage to Tohoshinki, she wasn’t even told that they would close a-nation, it was changed last minute which is why she was still scheduled to do it and people were surprised.

A lot of people are upset now because something isn’t right.

    • she said that she refused to perform last because A-nation wanted her to change her set list.!!! so obviously A-nation had to find someone else to fill in the last spot

however, why she refused to sing last has NOTHING to do with HoMin!! but of course pple have to blame HoMin even when they had nothing to do with it!!

god i just wish pple stop hanging their dirty laundry on twitter!! i like ayumi but twitter is not a place for this kind of statement. those tweets do nothing but increase confusion..one min shes hating on a-nation, the next she is praising Max M. WTH!!

      • Your comment shows that you do not know of Fame ayumi
she is a god in Japan much more than dbsk
your love for them must not blind you

      • I don’t think she wanted to make people put it on Homin, her words are clear, seems like her fans were upset that Homin took her last preform since she always do it. and she just wanted to explain! nothing more. beside Ayu love Homin and all 5 members i dont think she’ll hate them after only one preform specially when they got no hand in the change of the list.

  4. Okay, so the reason TVXQ got the closing stage is because “Someone” didn’t want Ayu an Junho performing together, and wanted him out. But Ayu being the badass she is, said wtf? If its like this, then I just won’t do the closing. And that she distrusts A-nation..but supports MaxM.

Okay…I see where this is going lol.

    • She changed her mind and decided to stand on stage for fans and staff:
“However, there were of course the audience who was waiting for me, and I remembered the faces of my fellows, staffs, and TA (fan club) members whom we struggled together with, thus, I decided to stand on stage.”

I don’t think she gave up anything, it seems like she was dropped.

  5. Sounds fishy to me. I hate she had to go thru that. I just hope my babies don’t have to suffer backlash from it.

    • i KNW!! ITS SOO FREAKIN ANNOYING!! f

every time THSK seem to be getting the respect and recognition they deserve after all their hard work, something like this happens to spoil heir happiness!!

plus WHO THE HECK CARES if she was last or second last when 70-80% of the audience attending A-nation for the past weeks have been BigEast fans. with all due respect to her, and i knw she is huge, but when majority of the fans attending the show are THSK fans it would only make sense that they are the ones that end the show especially if she didnt want to have to face many empty seats during her own performance!!

      • sorry but that was really arrogant. as a senior to homin and original tvxq and long time entertainer in her field. she deserve to be respected.

      • Kierra, u really need to chill. Do u really think 70-80% of the audience are thsk fans? I think u haven’t move on yet but that would probably be the case if thsk is still 5. Unfortunately, although thsk have lots of publicity in Japan, homin isn’t as big as before. Also, a- nation consist of many other artist, for sure fans of thief own came to support them as well. Please think carefully before dissing other artists. The way ur dissing ayu could be one of the many possible reasons why thsk gets negative response. If ayu fans read your comment, imagine what they’ll think about homin. So relax and take it easy. Let homin do their thing until people see them in a good light.

      • @pineapple
keep saying yourself that and maybe it become the truth for you.
Do you think we are some kind of fools, that we are that misinformed and we should believe in what a butthurt JYJ stan say?
I know it’s hard to see just how popular Yunho and Changmin are without JYJ, but there certain facts that you can’t deny, no matter how much you try.
Fact one: They have sold 285 K from their KYHD album.
Fact two: They sold 280k copies from their KYHD japanese single.
Fact three: They have sold 180K Superstar copies, that japanese single that even some fans dislike but look how well is doing.
Fact four: They have filled every arena, stadium, Tokyo Dome and A-Nation stages with RED, thousands of RED.
Fact five: They have lots of CF’s with important companies in Korea and Japan.
Fact six: People still LOVES them.

If I’m bragging, it was my full intention, I feel like gloating here, in SYC where a few years back you made our lifes hell saying how our boys will fail and disappear.
It didn’t happen, sorry, they are closing A-Nation 2011 and that is a pill that you have to swallow.
Yunho and Changmin are here to stay :)

    • Kiers, i am not blaming Ayu. I am saying the situation is fishy. I think you are going down the wrong path on this one.

  6. Guys Ayu is very upset because some people ( avex but not the CEO himself who just makes business for shareholders ) don’t like the fact she went on stage with JUNO and is still close to …JYJ members ! Knowing that SM has great power in AVEX- anation ..you kinda know what happened ..tohoshinki went on stage in last minut it was not even scheduled , some say ayu refused but lot of believe that they replaced her to punish her for SUPPORTING Juno and JYJ ! ..I think you can guess what happened now

    • hunnie if that was the case then Juno would have NEVER been signed to Avex to begin with. the strongest and the biggest decision maker in Avex is Max M himself and all japanese fans know that no one and i mean NO ONE at Avex or even outside of Avex could say no to him.

as for SM. yes its a strong company but to say that SM has some sort of hold over Avex is just laughable. if they really were that POWERFUL would Avex had suspended HoMin and signed JYJ to their label? would they have publicly attacked HoMin so many times in 2009 and 2010 despite HoMin still being their artists?? would SM have allowed Avex to give such a WEAK promotion to THSK’s single “superstar” over the summer even though the single proved itself to be a great song with the potential of becoming an anthem through high first week sales of 120,000+ in its first week (despite lack of proper promotion) making it one of the highest sold singles of THSK, even higher than Doushite and survivor? what about KYHD itself?? they the single had near zero promotion in Japan yet it sold 231,000 in its first week making it the second highest saler for THSK after “break out” (256,000 copies but with much bigger promotion with all the news about THSK breaking up)

if SM is really that strong they would have never allowed Avex to do such things. and tbh the japanese music industry is the second largest in the world after US. Korean music industry is nothing compared to the Japanese.

Moreover, Avex is a major if not one of the BIGGEST companies in Japan. SM, which is limited to the small music industry in korea is really nothing in terms of status and power to Avex of Japan.

stans try to make it seem like SM is some sort of ultimate manipulator in all negative things surrounding JYJ. but pple need to understand that there are other players in this game just as bad if not worse.

if Avex had a problem with JYJ it was out of their own decision.

as for Juno i dont understand what happened but according to loads of tweets from BigEast fans who attended a-nation it seems like BigEast was upset that Juno was being promoted in a similar way to yunho and changmin. apparently they were annoyed that his new stage name was made as Juno-JunHo (think Uknow-YunHo), his outfit was similar to HoMin’s from superstar, and his song’s name was “why” (which is the name pple in Japan associate with THSK’s KYHD).

i really feel sorry for him that he got dragged into this cuz i think hes really talented, and i wish himn best of luck.

      • Juno was already signed with Avex before they suspended JYJ. Also I’m sure there were people who said no to Avex before. Avex and Sm are working together……it’s all about money, power, and control.

      • ..darling…. A-nation is the “someone” that ayu is referring to…that force her..to drop ,the producers of a-nation… and avex(max) are somehow different.

and how can you explain the fishy things that happen. Lets say Homin deserves it,but how can you explain this last minute change ???,

        lets be real here…
        Its related to Juno performance..,
well producers of a-nation isn’t all avex,
they actually didn’t agree for ayu to show up at Juno’s performance.

and juno …so what if his name is JUNO junho..its his real name…!!!
        and outfit… maybe same stylist…its common…~“why”ITS NOT JUNO’S ALBUM SONG..ITS “fate” …..’WHY” IS WRITTEN BY ayu …for her album…

      • hey, don’t brag too much ! look at these sales :
The Oricon Weekly Ranking for the week of September 5th reports that “Flying Get” sold over 1.354 million copies in its first week, making it the best first-week sales in Oricon history. Second place goes to the group’s last single “Everyday, Kachuusha“, which sold approximately 1.334 million units in the first week. AKB48 now occupies the top two spots in Oricon’s ranking of first week million-selling singles, followed by greats such as Mr. Children (“Namonaki Uta“, 1.208 million) and Utada Hikaru (“Addicted To You“, 1.068 million).
and don’t compare THSK5 and 2hsk statistically because there is a big time difference of occurrence and the factors are not equal, praise 2hsk as high as you want, but don’t bring the authentic THSK down or make it appear that your oppas are better than the original because that act can be equal to blasphemy!

      • I know this is late but I still want to say this.

Basically Sm and Avex works together. SM did not manipulate Avex and so do Avex. But they’re somehow connected, if Avex is a company that stand by its own without SM behind the scenes, then Avex wouldn’t choose to suspend JYJ.

Juno signed with Avex after he discussed with his brother – Xiah JunSu, and JunSu supported him for signing with Avex. Ayumi supports DB5K, and yeah everyone knows she’s a close friend of JaeJoong. SM is some sort of a manipulator in all those negative happenings surrounding JYJ. Fans couldn’t buy JYJ’s music online because someone blocked it and disallow the fans to buy their music. A fan that have gone through this recently revealed this case openly at a news report. They tried to stop JYJ from appearing on TV but apparently they didn’t fully succeeded.

And all of us have to accept the fact that HoMin and JYJ aren’t as big as before. Only if they were to reunite, then they’ll be as how they are before. If they were still 5, their album would have achieve a 400k or more sales rather than just around 200k for both JYJ and HoMin.

SM couldn’t make HoMin say they are TVXQ! in their ‘I AM’ video. SM couldn’t make the 2 of them do too much of activities that’ll bring them negative comments. OT5 fans rather believe that they still keep in touch with each other, and the reason why HoMin deny it is because, well most probably SM would have do something harsh on them if they actually admit that they still keep in touch.

Just accept the fact that SM and Avex are working together. SM gives the order, Avex thinks about it and launch it eventually. They benefit each other. If they aren’t working together, Avex should have been able to put JYJ back on their activities again. But why didn’t Avex do it? Forget all the reasons Avex gave, ‘cos it’s obvious that SM don’t want JYJ to be back in the Japanese market.

Just hope that HoMin would choose to join C-JeS after their contract finished. If not C-JeS, just any other company that allows them to reunite with JYJ.

Seriously, THEY HAVE TO BE BACK TOGETHER AS 5.

  7. @Kiera
    Take ca chill pill~

You have to face that the only reason why HoMin was the closing act was because Ayumi Chose not to perform last, which means that no, it wasn’t because of anything that has to do with HoMin or HoMin popularity, or how many BE were there.
The question at hand is why did Ayumi decided not to perform as the closing act as always, and she sounds upset. She says she can’t trust a-nation anymore, and her stage with JUNO was canceled.
And it has nothing to do with supporting the 5 members or not, what is your problem?

    • A++++

    • very well said!

    • And people like you need stop being so butthurt and accept that Yunho and Changmin are doing so well by their own.
They filled every A-Nation stage with red, Bigeast red.
Not only that, the Tokyo Dome was full of Bigeast too. They fill every stage they do after 2 years of not being around and you know why? Because they deserve it, because Bigeast adores them and because it seems, they know better than us and choose to support them.
So it doesn’t matter what you do or say to try to disacredit our boys achievements, we know better and we are so damn proud.
I don’t know why Ayu is saying what she is saying, to say the truth I don’t care, the only remaining fact is that Tohoshinki closed A-Nation 2011and they did because they are amazing performers. The public become enchanted with them.
They made the stadium to shake and to vibrate, to jump with them, to be happy.
And that’s why we go to concerts.

      • Nobody is being butthurt, because this incident could backfire against HoMin. Many Japanese people are already anti-Korean because of this hallyu wave. Also it wasn’t because they are amazing at performing her tweets says it all.

      • @MICky808 ok, TVXQ arent amazing at performing.
they got last because they are lucky, they got it from draw, didnt you know it? it’s between tvxq, koda kumi, and other artists except ayumi. and tvxq was the lucky one and they perform last.

  8. Ayu chose not to perform last,if it’s importaint for her to be the one that closes the show, then do it,for the sake of being professional, blaming Homin for that is ignorant and just angry stans or anti’s grasping at straws to bring the two down at every opportunity. She is a good artist and the queen of jpop, but not doing something then whining about it does nothing but cause trouble. She should handle her problems with the a-nation staff/comittee after it’s over.

    • i believe she’s trying to CLARIFY something, not WHINING ?

  9. “I myself refused to accept to be the last to perform in Tokyo’s two days. It was because I became to distrust a-nation itself.
lol, no more talk, so it wasn’t that dig deal as some fans are bragging, I agree with some comments above, the climax of THSK was in 2009!”

    • typo “it wasn’t that BIG deal”
      AYU-JUNO Fighting

    • the climax of THSK has not even started

  10. Why does almost every article with Homin featured in a-nation have to be negative,no one was this nasty when jyj perfored in a-nation last year,so can’t these two get the same courtesy?

    • The answer is obviously NO. I’m upset HoMin will never be left in peace. And to whoever said THSK climax was in 2009, I bet if THSK is still 5, you’ll be on their side ! I don’t care if HoMin can create a new climax or not, as long as they’re working hard and trying their best, I’m satisfied. Nuff said!

    • @jerri and pandora

      I agree with u guys :)
I’m glad that there’s still sensible fans like the both of you.
Both JYJ and HoMin will nvr get the peace with so many trolls and haters here :/
I don’t understand why these trolls can spend so much of effort and energy trolling on an article thats not about their biased, but they don’t do the same at their biased articles…-_-

    • @ ♥ JaeJung & YoonHo JJANG ♥
Actually i don’t see everyone bring JYJ here except that girl @kiera
      and
@jerri ~ no need to compare.

hmm for me the reason why when homin perform in anation they have so many negatif comment……. i think because they company, just like homin fans and some people said this is they company want, i mean “homin sings dbsk5 song and homin perform last in a nation instead ayu or just like someone here say koda kumi~ another diva in avex, i hear she never perform last in a nation, it’s that true?..

anyway…why homin company do this..? are this is for homin benefit or ……“Something very dirty must be happening behind the scene”…? at a time when almost everyone in japan anti hallyu wave.

We knew dbsk have a good image but i hope nothing bad happened because of this.

      • @peace_tvxqact1
Ah actually when I said JYJ,I was referring to other articles, not this.
My point was that both jyj and homin often gets bashed on,not just in this article or this site.
But it’s even sadder that some of these people who bashes used to be a DB5K fan,who stood up for DB5K when those real antis attack them.

And I’m not comparing.I’m just saying I’m glad sensible fans who doesn’t bashes on JYJ or homin still existed and Jerri is one of them :)

  11. I Love You Ayu !

    • You don’t have to repeat it over and over again on a DBSK fansite.

  12. I hate how we fight:(

  13. It’s sad to see that thsk gets a lot of negative response after the break up so I understand why homin fans get all fired up whenever they see issues like this. However, as somebody mentioned above, please do no get blinded bcoz u are a fan. Ayu is a legend in Japan. Even if thsk is popular, when we gather up facts, ayu is still more deserving to do the closing act. We should respect that.

  14. Woah interesting, hmmm now i’m afraid they will have another reason for anti hallyu wave things just because of this.

And Someone using homin for THIS…

Exactly “Something very dirty must be happening behind the scene”..

    • Totally agree!!! and please dont bring JYJ here, they are notthing relate with it….anyway just my 2 cent opinon if fans love HM, dont overact and wacth your comments litte bit..I know fans always proud and protect our idots….but honestly it not right time to make fanwar between other JP artics..it not right time now with anti hallyu wave very strong;..if happen with JYJ i will say the same.

      • I think it would apply to both fans /ppl who love or hate HoMin to watch their comment..though I don’t know what business concerns the trolls here..:/

      • LOL..do you think someone hated HM will care about they will get blackfight from japan anti hallyu wave?? they will laugh my head off…same with JYJ…it happen not HM faut and unfair for Ayu.it nation managers fault….why fans need to fight and bashing ? just make japan anti hallyu wave have more reason….anyway i am jyj new fan but it not mean i have to hate HM or i am a hater..I comment because just feel @peace_tvxqact1 she is right ….PEACE ^__^

      • @v3
i don’t know why you think that people who dislike or hate HoMin or any artiste won’t be bothered with their news, cos in reality, they do.
Thats why there’s nasty/trolling comments everywhere, not just HoMin or in SYC of cos, artistes from every country gets that.

i’d laugh if anyone thinks that people who posts nasty/trolling comments are actually fans who love or even support the artiste xD

and don’t worry,im not calling you as a hater.
im just saying its not the people who love HoMin has to watch their comment, cos obviously if you read all the comments posted, not everyone is supporting or loving HoMin.
people who loves them has to watch their words, but people who dislike them doesn’t have to?
but yeah i kinda understand cos its pointless to speak to people who already has a mindset that they are right all the time.

i’m not attacking you in case you think that way.
just that everyone has to watch their words sometimes to avoid arguments, not just one side’s fault :)

so yeah, peace, sorry if you think my comment sounded offensive to you.

      • @ v3
oops i think i misunderstood your comment wrongly..you can forget about the comment i wrote above since we can’t delete our comments here -_-ll
        sorry abt that :)

  15. Tohoshinki was still chosen to replace her.
But what ayumi said makes sense that in this line,it’s a black market..even if u were forced or asked to do things that you didn’t like, you think of the fans and the staffs that anticipated u and supported you and decided to continue with the performance.
So I hope some people wouldn’t blame it on homin just because of what happened between ayumi and Anation..
And sad to say the trolls are at it again -_-

  16. Not all of her tweets that explained the situation are here, obviously some one didn’t post all of it to cover for HoMin here, go and check her tweets and translation on twitter

  17. Ayu is so that I can only imagine trying to extinguish the TVXQ.The SME should cancel the contract with Avex.

  18. T___T why is everyone freaking out??? She’s just saying she herself chose not to close the show for her own issues with A’nation regarding set list.
She’s trying to make sure that no one blames HoMin!!!!!!!! =”=

    • ya….That what i think after read!!

  19. i disagree to those who said this is the climax..bullshit
this is only the beginning, there’s still more to come for TVXQ as a duo.

and i dont understand why JYJ fans come here? i mean, isn’t it that pathetic that you complain here, instead of go cheering your oppa? i dont even interested in them, so i refrain my self from visiting/read anything conect with them unless it’s about them bashing/mentioning TVXQ.
So, please JYJ fans, do the same?

and oh, if JYJ was the closing act in a nation last year, i wouldnt even said a thing wether who deserve better, etc, etc, why? because i wouldnt even bother to read the article..
    are you guys that insecure?o.O?

  20. sorry but not now and not in 2009 was THSK climax cause damn THSK is just starting now!
and no there were no negative comments about THSK closing a-nation, most of the comments com from ifans but the Japanese people and media are loving it and some are saying THSK was the right choice
    some articles
Japan’s influential media reporters have written special articles on Tohoshinki being honoured with the ending stage. Aug 28 Nikkan Sports reported that “Tohoshinki’s ending stage honour gave the feeling of a stage which signifies the changing of an era. Although those audience who thought that Ayumi Hamasaki would be the ending act were surprised, they also welcomed Tohoshinki through loud cheers, saying that it was right.” Daily Sports also had a special article saying “Tohoshinki Ending Stage on Aug 28 2011 will be remembered as a history-making event”.

A Japanese media worker said “Tohoshinki has proved that they have grabbed a deeply-rooted position in Japanese mainstream pop”. He also said that the “anti-Hallyu atmosphere doesn’t seem to have broken the vigour of Korean singers”. SM Entertainment analyzed that “long before the K-Pop boom, Tohoshinki had wanted to thoroughly capture the market. Today’s achievements are the result of their hard work over a long time”.

  21. This will be my last post on this. For the people trying to blame HoMin, get a life. Don’t let your hate for them cloud common sense (some of you are lacking in that dept.). This is something that the people behind the scenes at a-nation created based upon Ayu’s tweets. Instead of actually reading and comphrending what she posted, antis or possibly JYJ stans have come in here and turned this into a way to throw hate on HoMin. In turn, JYJ has been brought into this unfairly. My babies are doing a great things just as my HoMin is and they all deserve better fans than this. What I so sad about this fandom now is that either side will take ANY opportunity to bash the other side. As a supporter of all 5, I don’t like seeing hate thrown at any of them.

I am proud of Jaejoong, Yunho, Yoochun, Junsu and Changmin because unlike us, they have taken the high road and stayed about the petty comments and childish arguements. I would love for this fandom to do the same, but that may be a long shot with the childish, asinine comment I read on here today. SYC, thank you ladies for all you do, in spite of the ignorance you have to put up with from us. We don’t deserve your hard work!

  22. errrr i’m so confused reading all the comments so I’ll just share a list of what i can infer from the situation. Note that this is my inference alone, and interpretations differ for one person to another (and i’m not trying to impose my opinion on anyone).

    1. Ayu never blamed yunho and changmin. If anything, she implied that there was a problem arising from her setlist that ultimately resulted in several changes, and the change of order of performance might have been one of them.

    2. Regardless of whether Ayu refused to perform last (as a form of protest) or the management forced her to perform second last, there was no evidence that Yunho and Changmin or anyone else for that matter coerced the A-Nation staff to make Tohoshinki the last act. So, everything that has happened cannot be attributed to Yunho’s or Changmin’s doing. Blaming them is unwarranted.

    3. Ayu alluded to certain forms of disrespect for her seniors and juniors. Whether she meant Juno or not, we as outsiders would never know, thus there’s no point including JYJ into a discussion that might or might not be relevant.

For people who have only been bashing each other, saying that SM is behind this, or HoMin never deserved to be the last act, or dragging JYJ into this convoluted issue, please stop, unless you can provide conclusive evidence. Until then, let the parties involved resolve everything on their own.

Our comments here only add to the hatred in the fandom, our verbal abuses are not helping ):

    • Sorry can’t agree more because i still think there is someone (for me i think they company) behind this and this is looking from ayu tweet…

” Concerning the story of a-nation (which is the center of gossips), the truth is almost the same as everyone’s guesses. It was because I became to distrust a-nation itself.”

      • Ayu the Jpop Queen..!

    • This is the reason why Ayumi Hamasaki is so big and being loved by her fans. Cuz, we can sense her sincerity through her words. Not many big people like her think this positively. • that’s why she is my favorite artist, she’s so nice to others.

  24. Ayu didn’t say anything about homin. Stans love to stir shit as usual, it’s just them. Ayu is bigeast, she had tweeted she likes all 5 just recently. And tweeted always keep the faith, her new album name is ‘Five’.

  25. They shot the DVD in Tokyo.Maybe they decided to let THSK close the show because 80% of the stadium was composed of Bigeast and some left even before Ayumi performed in other venues.

If you read the tweets of A-nation staff, the change was decided after Osaka.

I really dont know what happened with her but I hope she’s ok because she deserves the respect from everyone. And Homin shouldn’t be at fault here, they have nothing to do about this.Still, it’s an honor to be given a chance to close A-nation. I’m proud of them.

  26. I think Ayu is a smart girl who really knows what she’s doing.
The Tokyo A Nation stage will be broadcasted on TV.
So if they go with the usual order, bringing Tohoshinki before her,
With the overwhelming red ocean, and enthusiastic cheering that shake the entire stadium so much, almost threatening to crack it,
With fans’ fervor and excitement charged up to the max,
And then she appear after that, on the stage which fire only half left,
On the stage where most people walk out because they had fulfilled their purpose,
IF she as the essential closing performer appear on that time, where lack of excitement can clearly be seen after previously reached the peak,
And that is aired on TV,
rather, wouldn’t it bring a bad effect to her name?
If it will be broadcated on TV,
Isn’t it better for her not to let such thing show blatantly for millions eyes to see?
    So I think, this time,
    AYU HAS OPTED WISELY.
SHE REALLY MUST HAVE THOUGHT IT OVER AND OVER, BEFORE CHOOSING NOT PERFORM LAST.
    GOOD FOR HER.

    • THIS SO MUCH!!

    • OMG! @jessica, I LOVE YOUR COMMENT!!! ayu made a wise choice!! Red ocean’s better to be seen at the last performance!! :D

      Thank you, Ayu!! xD

  27. Oh come on people!
    Forget about being so biased!.
Even though I’m huge fan of TVXQ! (to be specific, the 5 one but I’m still supporting all of them inspite of the break-up issues), It’s Ayu and I think it’s more deserving of her to perform the last. Take note of this, she is a senior to TVXQ and undeniably more popular than TVXQ in Japan. If you know how to read between the lines, she is not blaming nor even state a name of an artist there in her tweet. The person she might be blaming is someone who is in-charge of A-nation. That’s all we can got from there. We don’t know much more of the background story so stop blaming artists and companies here.

  28. I think twitter is not the right place to clarify issues like this. The artists should just take a silent mode and don’t make things even more complicated than before. Fans might misinterpret any clarifications made by the artist, so more and more confusion will arise. These things just won’t stop. When fans read this kind of things, they will make many speculations despite not knowing the real truth. To me, clarifications like these just create more misunderstanding and fights among fans because it’s not really clear and the statements just beating around the bush. So people resort to making own conclusion at the end. But I’m not blaming the fans for doing so because people just have different views abt the same situations. Unclear and blur statements rise confusion and misinterpretation, enough said.

  29. The essence of her tweets is,
“Since the company doesn’t let her do what she wants, she sulks and throws out a protest, and she wants to make sure that everybody knows that she wasn’t demoted but had chosen not to be the last performer herself.”

  30. Some of the comments I read are really out of the line! Even JYJ supporters are dragging them out that they are hating Homin! And of course Homin fans will also defend their idols and that would be the start of fan war against their idols that once was loved and support by everyone. Like what the heck? Are you really sure that they are really their supporters? That they were DB5K a true Cassiopeia! Don’t you ever think that they just want us Cassiopeia’s to split up or to fight over our idols that once become a true family! Jeez! I’m really so sad to see this site is now so full of hatred than before that full of love and happiness were sharing. :’( Anyways, this is not DB5K article but this is still DB5K site that the 5 members still exist! And don’t forget Ayu is connected to DuoBSK and DouBSK connected to JYJ so you can’t blame people if they mention this guys in this article and have their own opinions on every situation that they were in. So please just be open-minded and accept the fact that their were people that are narrow-minded and people who can’t understand the word respect! Whoever the people behind this dirty tricks, just leave it to karma baby! Because good will always prevail and there’s no secret that can’t be hide forever. There;s always gonna be the right time for them!

  31. OH great…..I Love it when you all left your hate to JYJ-HM (I Dont care with comments of Ayu).I’m ROFL-LOLOLing reading it While you used to say you love five of them. Now I know all of your loves are FAKE.in memoriam,DBSK.It’s time for other KPOP singers to replace your place.

People are ignorant to what YUNHO AND CHANGMIN THEMSELVES HAD SAID.

  33. Wrong, she said that the change in her set list is why she distrusted them, she still agreed to preform because of fans. The only change that happened in her set list was JUNO was removed from it and she didn’t like that, but she was still willing to preform for fans and staff.

And if they needed to fill in for last, there are much more deserving artists.

  34. Kiera, stop being disrespectful to Ayu. It doesn’t matter how many people were there for Tohoshinki, the closing performance belongs to Ayu and honestly she wouldn’t have spoken out had they earned it. And people are right to be critical of both Homin and Avex. I don’t blame her fans for being upset.

  35. oh so HoMin forced her out?? lol i wasnt being disrespectful and i said that “with all due respect to her”. that means i wasnt being disrespectful!! unlike others im a fans who shows gratefulness to those who support our boys and this woman has stood by them many times. i would never deny that. but twitter is not a place to make such statements. do u see someone like Lady gaga, Adele, Oprah, or Ellen DeGeneres make such sensitive statements on their accounts that brings confusion and hatred between the fans? NO!!

yes Ayumi is a huge legend but read HER statement above!! she said that SHE refused to perform last!! did HoMin hold a gun to her head to make her refuse?? NO!!

when 70-80% of the fans are THSK fans then it makes sense that they end the show. esp when in previous show MANY MANY MANY BigEast fans were seen leaving the arena after THSK’s performance causing empty spots and dents to appear in the audience. it even led BigEast’s older fans to request that BigEast stay in the show till the very end out of respect for Ayu. would u rather Ayu stand on stage and sees half the arena empty??? if ur really a fan then i hope not!!

SM is terrible for the way they treated JYJ and no one can ever deny that but to say that they and HoMin are behind this is just too much!! i dont know whether to laugh or cry at such statements!!

do u honestly think HoMin care right now about this. they had to go through so much crap due to stupid idiotic stans who know nothing but spreading rumors that right now they just want to move on!!

  36. Who would deserve to close the show then? What makes these two less deserving then anyone else there? Is it cause thier Korean(which would be understandable as pride of a Japanese artist closing the sow)or do you not like them?

  37. Why in the hell would anyone have a reason to be critical of HoMin? They didn’t create this clusterfuck of a situation. Ayu isn’t blaming them, so why should you or anyone else blame them? That’s just stupid.

  38. @lidnsey, that’s right!!! ^^

  39. oh yes i wonder if JYJ were there would u still be saying such things!!!

every single “non-fan” who attended the show for the past weeks SINCE THE BEGINNING of the tour has said that the THSK are a different class from everybody else and they were so amazing that they stole the show completely.

i had hoped posters on this website would follow the example of the moderators and support all 5 but i guess trolls still have to exist even in such place

  40. Seeing a HM hater on a site like this is no more sarcastic. It’s a naked truth. If JYJ were here, and were to close the show, NO ONE would ever comment “there are much more deserving artists”.

  41. AYU-JUNO Fighting…T_T …so juno with ayu is all cancelled…?

homin is not at fault….its a-nation…

  42. Which artist would have been “more deserving” pray tell? I don’t expect an answer, I just find your statement funny in a disturbing way.

  43. @Kiera “every single “non-fan” who attended the show for the past weeks SINCE THE BEGINNING of the tour has said that the THSK are a different class from everybody else and they were so amazing that they stole the show completely. ”

Really?? I read other japanese tweets saying this year A-nation it’s not the same as before and more negative stuffs, but I suposse those tweets didn’t reach you.
    Whatever..
    *******
Even when AYu isn’t so popular as before..she is the queen of jpop, so she should be respected. Something very dirty must happening behind the scene..

People say thsk reached their climax this is why they closed A-nation this year..I don’t want to be mean, but We all know the climax of THKS was in 2009.
THSK name now is dragged to this anti hallyu wave, because now THSK is vinculated with those kpop stars and not as jpop artists..how sad!

  44. With the anti-hallyu movement it’ll be every korean artist that’s in Japan as well, though the artist are not at fault be the companies, the climax was in 2009 with tvxq’s popularity, but i’m sure that since both sides have risen from the ashes they will both reach thier peaks again,in time.

  45. “Something very dirty must be happening behind the scene..
    THIS!

  46. Koda Kumi

  47. I meant Koda Kumi should have closed the show, she along w/ Ayu is also a legend and is VERY popular more so then DBSK/HoMin.

  48. i didn’t want to comment on this. but whatever.

twitter is currently the fastest and easiest way to reach out to people. so i believe that’s why she tweeted instead of choosing an auspicious date, invite all the reporters and book a venue to clarify things ?

she blogs to reach out to her fans (as what she said in her first tweet), so since THSK fans won’t be reading her blog, or may be confused about who or what she is referring to if she were to blog on this issue, that’s why she tweeted.

and why is JYJ dragged into the picture out of nowhere ? i mean, yeah, JYJ supporters blame Homin supporters for always starting fanwars and vice versa. and u just did, or maybe close to doing it.

  49. no one said HoMin forced her OUT!
she decided herself! the problem is between avex and her. she got into a disagreement with avex so she refused to perform the last, so which artist still not yet perform? TOHOSHINKI isn’t it? so they switched place, if not who else gonna perform? it’s been the halfway of the show. not that i’m saying TOHOSHINKI not deserve to be the last. it’s just they got into the situation.

she was upset because she was asked to change her setlist in very last minute, who wouldn’t? i’m not quite sure if it’s about cutting out JUNO or JUNO&NAOYA from herself. because at the beginning of a-nation, some of her fans were already upset of her setlist that got Naoya singing with her at almost her entire setlist. but she insisted on doing the original setlist until Osaka stop where JUNO joined in. AND she already informed through her personal blog (it only could be read by her fan club members, just like Bigeast fan club), that she wanted her fans to understand her decision. so i guess it didn’t matter anymore.

BUT then, on Tokyo stop, my friend who attended said, JUNO was cut out and replaced by NAOYA to sing the duet song (which supposed to be featuring JUNO) with ayu. so wondering, why they cut out JUNO?
that’s probably what made ayu upset. she wanted to sing with JUNO on stage together, but was asked to change at last minute.
she’s upset that she couldn’t sing with the people she feels she’s comfortable to work with.

    that’s just my 2 cents.

so HoMin got nothing to do with this and i’m sorry that they got involved somehow. it’s still a huge accomplishment for HoMin to be in a-nation and becoming part of the last 5 performers. that’s already a wonderful thing.

  50. sorry, this is meant for @Kiera.

  51. I agree with everything you have said.

  52. i agree with you Kristie Ayu is bigger than tohoshinki even as 5 even though tohoshinki as 5 are more popular she is a senior and gave so very much for such a long time she desreves respect from Avex but avex was not clear with her did not clarify things with her avex is more like sm suddenly ask and change things for artist the artist works according to what is agreed upon prior but here is avex problem they change what is agreed upon and cause problems for the singers preparation which effects thier mental peperation resulting in upsetting the artist avex need to stop disrespecting singers by upsetting them and going on things behind thier back before surprising the singer the singerdoesn’t feel security nor comfort before performing because of the way they are treated shame shame shameon avex to do such a thing to a senior or a junior all this is so avex can make money on the expense of the singers mental and psychological state singers and actors are very very sensitive people surpsing them with a suddenly changed schedule or plan puts them on Alarm and upsets them . God knows they hurt from fans or anti fans and media rumors and so many things they don’t need the company that they make money for adds oil to the fire and put them in a bad light driving and pushing at them towards unhappiness.

  53. @ayusstory,

If you read carefully her tweets, she clearly emphasized that Matsumura and as well as her company has nothing to do with it.
Maybe she is pointing to someone from A-nation. Probably the PD of A-nation or someone who is from a-nation.

  54. I think ayusstory’s frustration is with the fans who are throwing blame on HoMin, when it’s clear Ayumi’s issue is with a-nation. People on this site and others have made extremely ignorant and hurtful comment about THSK, basically saying that they weren’t good enough to be last and basically talking about the two as though they are trash. That PISSED me off fully and further let’s me know that the fandom has went to the dogs. I am so proud of the way BigEast is handling this!

  55. Are you upset because TOHO was CHOSEN as the last performer? LoL
