ccording to a representative, the members of JYJ have houses over the price of 3 billion Won under their names as well as famous and expensive super cars such as Lamborghinis, Ferraris and Maseratis.
Their income, which totals up to hundreds of millions of Won, comes from the artiste-centered contract they have with their current agency. C-JeS Entertainment, who is currently in charge of JYJ, bases its income division and beliefs on respecting each individual artiste’s interests and talents as well as giving said artistes the agency’s full support in whichever genre they wish to pursue. This specific system was what gave JYJ the opporunity to pursue a variety of interests, which naturally led to high earnings.
JYJ have also become model examples to follow as they give back as much as they earn through their fans’ love. Not only have they donated a portion of their ticket earnings to an international humanitarian organization for every performance, but they have even donated 600 million Won to Japan to aid in the earthquake and tsunami relief.
The group is also famous for the warm-hearted generosity it’s members give to their staff. According to a representative who took part in the ‘JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011′, “They take care of the staff so well, just as if we were members of their family, that it makes me wonder if other stars act the same way. They buy us meals and drinks while we’re working and even pay for everyone when we go out for dinner as a group.”
They have branched out from their original career as singers and morphed into actors, musical actors and directors. JYJ boast ‘world class’ generosity, heart, earnings and efforts to do their best in whatever they are given. Through a world tour that encompasses Thailand, Taiwan, China, Canada and the US, JYJ plan to solidify their position as Korea’s representative Hallyu artistes.

how sad. no matter how much they promote, and being called representative of korea hallyu stars, they are not allowed to perform on their very own national programs due to manipulative companies.
however, this proves that they are world stars and current korean artists are just riding onto their stardom since they help to break into worldwide markets including US.

if i am not wrong they just work in 2 year they havethat much income even they give all kind of donation everywhere, think back they worked with SM for 7 year ( correct me if i am wrong, i am new fan) with heavy schedule how much money SM had from them?????? but still not enough to pay expense to take care their family..OOO
but anyway so proud of them, and love how they care ppls around them..and most happy when can see the boys have free to do what they want, free to sing, free to lets their heart in music!!!!!!!

To be honest, I find it hard to believe that JYJ is that rich. I mean they don’t get much job (banned from TV Station, free showcase, etc) and need to pay much for their lawsuit, etc. Unless someone verified it or we see them drive the car, I will just take it with grain salt.
Don’t take me wrong, I really want JYJ that rich, but I just don’t want see “someone” said JYJ as money hunger people and use this “excuse/proof” forever to destroy them.
Just my opinion (no harm intended).

there’s tons of stalking pics of JYJ with their cars. I think they lease them instead of buy because they change cars every few months, at least once a year. No point in buying a 300K car if you can just lease it for a year.
Yea, I’m suspicious of some of the info from this article because whenever someones says “according to an affiliate” it’s most likely speculation and can’t be proven
But I think it’s pretty clear the boys are making good money. Their CF deals are all with large companies especially Lotte and they charge high prices for their sponsorships. They’ve donated so much money to various organizations including 600K to World Vision.
You don’t have to “work” a lot or have lots and lots of projects to make money if profit distribution is fair. In the U.S. for example even one-hit wonders or artists who only appear to do an album or a tv show once in a long while are millionaires because they actually get to KEEP what they EARN. Unlike with the JYJ-SM contract.

They earned their money, and got what they wanted. Nothing’s wrong with that, I mean who wouldn’t want a nice car and house if we could afford it? They are donating sincerely, too, a lot of money. They aren’t selfish like people are making them out to be. I hope this stops people from bashing JYJ, even if just a little bit.

& that is why they choose to stay with CJes even though the company is poor in planning events and inexperienced with handling last min cancellation issues.
