the only time cm looked like he was smoking was during the time of his film shooting. since i don’t stalk him in i don’t know 100% but i think (thought) he only smoked so he could lose weight during the time he was filming cuz the main character had to be insanely skinny. that’s the way entertainers lose weight in korea (where smoking is more accepted). cm is very health conscious.
