But I thought Avex dropped JYJ because of C-Jes because they had to uphold thier ethical standard and didn’t wanna work with someone “criminal” BS….
So I’m pretty sure JYJ don’t have a contact with Avex….
I think in Japan, Warner Bro. Japan will sign them as artists but I really hope that for management Johnny’s Ent. signs them cuz they really know h how to promote thier singer and get them shows amd tv/movie roles

Yeah, I just read the Chosun article…they are in discussions to re-enter the Japanese market. The way it was worded, it implied that the Japanese market came to them (instead of their management trying to persuade Japan to take them back) due to all the buzz they’ve been creating lately (what with The Beginning featuring on Bilboard Magazine and the economic effects of their concert). Things are definitely looking up for our favourite trio ^^

I’M GONNA POST AN OP-ED ABOUT THE SUDDEN CHANGE ON JYJ BEING ON TV!!!!!
I, like all other cassie, is THRILLED about JYJ finally being on Korean tv but….
WHY NOW ?????
Is it just me who when she heard about all appearance that thought something fishy is going on????
Is it the TV companies not listening or is SM really backing off????
So here is my theory on why now…
I think that SM is lessening pressure about the banning of JYJ from TV because the want a warm and welcoming comeback for HOMIN from not only these broadcasting companies but also the public.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Homin but I can’t just brush aside SM’s way of demanding that everything must thier way or else.
But now that JYJ are gold mines of the moment, it seems that thier way is back firing and it seems the TV companies are pissed at all of the ratings JYJ could’ve brought them.
Even though most people think SM has alot of control over TV stations because of thier artist, TV stations are using many non-SM artist for thier variety shows amd thats the BIG money maker.
But thats only the TV companies, we haven’t forgotten the public rage, hate, and dislike of SM Ent.
I know that SNSD, SUJU, SHINEE are under SM and are popular but…..thier not TVXQ.
I think everyone ,cassie or not, will or has blame SM for not giving in to JYJ’s demand early and causing them to want to leave SM which also meant TVXQ.
People have seen the true SM and they are not liking it.
I just think this way because I don’t see any other reason why JYJ have been allowed on TV without SM crying foul.
This is just my honest, over analyzing, CSI mode on opinion.

LOL XD i don’t know…it’s very suspicious why jyj can suddenly go on tv stations….but if sme did that so homin will be welcome back well by the public and fans, seriously sme do u doubt homin capabilities to get support and love from their fans! i don’t want to think too much XD i shall go with the flow~ i’m happy for JYJ to be able to go on shows nowadays ^^ and they’re going to perform at kbs drama awards tomorrow and HOMIN freakin hot teaser is just AWESOME so yeah =DD i’m still keeping my faith for a reunion of five biggest stars in kpop ^^

I’VE also thought about why suddenly things ( thank god ) suddenly look much ( thank god again, sincerely ) hopeful for JYJ. BUT even FTC backed JYJ by claiming SM’s contracts are unjust. And also because of the ahjummas army that our dear yoochun helped create. So maybe, that can also be the reason……

Well, I can definitely back you up 100% on one thing: the public image of SM Entertainment is at an all-time low (baby went low, low, low…..low) right now. I thought it was just me, but I overhear quite a lot of people these days (especially ahjummas who love Micky Yoochun’s history, go figure) really taking a piss at SM. SM then preceded to dig their grave even further by giving the shoddiest, most bullshit response ever to the FTC’s bitchslap over its contracts.
And, btw, the reason why broadcasters are so obedient to SM is not because they’re worried that SM will deprive them of their idols…Korea has plenty of other idols to rely on anyway….it’s because SM owns a lot of important media distribution channels. So, the broadcasters are scared that if they piss off SM, SM will deny them the means to manufacture and distribute their dramas and shows (the lifeblood of Korean TV stations).

@jimmie why you’re so cute and made me always agree to your opinions^^? your theory might be true about SM trying to raise up their image in public eyes. I read somewhere they used SNSD image to promote people for their global audition. Honestly I don’t know the response of this invitation, may be low? They even used SUJU members to confirm their contract and the member is not under slave contract. That’s bull****t, we know very loud and clear the court verdict about Hangeng won the case on that basis. I think they badly hit with their wrong actions. Lately they seem so quiet and that’s so strange and sometimes felt so eery after such a heavy turbulence year. May be they leave JYJ out of cage also part of their game plans by showing to the world that they have not done anything wrong to JYJ in order to build up their image.
