So people, DO NOT, again… DO NOT mail the publicists, Melissa Lam and Lesley Zimmerman. They can not help you with ticket purchases or anything, their job is to serve media and press, NOT fans.
Thank you guys for your consideration!

LOL…
RE: First priority on hand that needs immediate action – STOP emailing the publicists, please….
I bet each of the publicists opened their email folder and then passed out – “You have received 4,600 emails”…hahahahaha

p.s. – crazy website people should’a known if you put an email addy on the JYJ website…it’s going to get slammed by potentially 800,000 fans.

they have to put the email addresses out there for LEGITMATE media outlets for contact info. Fans should have enough sense to not bombard these people with emails.

LOL i’m thinking the same thing too ;D

Seriously, they shoud just have told to people to not email the publicist anymore.. now Europeans fans will have big hopes.
I’ll forget what I just read and if that happens then I will be surprised and happy, if he doesn’t, then I won’t be disappointed ^^

kenoa….I seriously emphathize with you.
Being in Texas (the center of America, thank you) …I can’t (currently) afford to travel to either coast for the concert.
So I don’t know which is worse – NOT having them come to your country at all…or having them come, but the location is too far/$$$. (sigh)

I am in Houston

yoochuncanact,
I actually went to the trouble of “costing out” what it would take to attend any of the East coast concerts..and the cheapest deal I could get from Austin (have to drive or fly to Dallas) ….air, hotel & tickets was just right at $1,000. And that would be just for me alone – try talking a friend into dropping a cool-GRAND to attend a concert. LOL (like…ain’t gonna happen)

After reading this, i still cant help having hopes about a possible date in Europe…i think most of european fans are willing to travel wherever it is in our continent…so it would be awesome if this could happen!!!

I don’t. She referred to JYJ as “ex-member” of TVXQ. This is a publicist that didn’t do her homework well enough and just took bits and pieces here and there ton put together a press release. HIATUS B/C OF THE LAWSUIT, NOT DISBANDMENT. BIG DIFFERENCE. MORE SENSITIVITY PLEASE. And the whole bit on the “trio” entering into world records? That needs to be re-written, too. The US press release really was poorly done, considering the SM/Avex/Homin/JYJ/DBSK/Cassies climate these days. Like you can’t be a little bit more sensitive on behalf of the boys and fans. Tsk, tsk, tsk.
Bad, bad publicist.
(but lets not spam her so that she will be nice to our boys and take great care of them! hee hee)

Publicist dont write shit about ‘sensitivity’, they write shit to benefits the artistes they’re working w/.
Some fans need to grow up or something. This is becoming tiring.

Precisely, good publicists write shit WITH SENSITIVITY in order to benefit the artists they are working with.
After all, it’s called PUBLIC RELATIONS for a reason. The relationship between the artists and the public. Duh.
Some fans need to read more carefully before replying. This is becoming tiring.

^^ Welcome to the real world!! In an ideal world what your ‘sensitivity’ means trully exist. You need to be more realistic than emotionally incline towards eveything about whats happening w/ the boys.DUH!!
Whatever!! Its your way anyway~ its just becoming tiring all the time fans keep whining when somebody write shit about the trio being a former or ex. Who friggin knows? It might be true.

So you don’t like her because she offended your delicate sensibilities.
LOL.

Wow, funny how you seem so “calm” in your response. Thought you were used to the “real world”.
Duh.
By: Julia on September 29, 2010

Wait….what is that I sense through your words…..could it be…..EMOTIONS??? Like……FRUSTRATION? Frustrated that cassies are upset with choices of words such as “ex-members” or “former group” before the members themselves actually say something to that effect?
LOL. How realistic.
And, if it were true, you wanna bet that more upset will come up for more cassies? You are gonna have to find yourself a safe haven somewhere so that none of these feelings get “splashed” onto you.
Wait, I forgot: you are realistic and calm. Whew. Thank God.

Publicist write to generate interest about the artists that they are promoting. They don’t have time to coddle fans, they get the news out and that’s it. She could have worded it differently, but I wasn’t offended by that because I know the history. She isn’t promoting TVXQ, her job is the write out JYJ. Chill out and stop being so overly sensitive. The world isn’t going to end because of what she wrote.

I was reading the JYJ “history” in that web page
http://www.tinsel-pr.com/JYJ/index.html
and this kinda make me feel really bad
” the trio left the band and went on to form JYJ”
Y.Y
ALWAYS KEEP THE FAITH????
Quote “They were also the first group to successfully spearhead carry the 2nd Korean Music wave into the Japanese music market by becoming industry and became the first non Japanese act foreigner to have achieve nine No. 1 singles songs on Japan’s Oricon Charts. In 2009, the trio left the band and went on to form JYJ. In 2009, the trio sued their management company for release from their 13 year slavery contract”

Obviously America does not yet know the force that is Cassiopeia. They are not accustomed to dealing with Cassies yet. Don’t worry, they will learn not to freely slap emails onto their website, lmao…. I bet they were swamped up to their eyeballs with emails and questions. I can only imagine.

SashiTD,
I think the guys are EXTREMELY smart to do a ‘little-side-step’ of those two countries right now….Key Words….right now.
I’m sure they’ll return to doing business in both places – but hey, why ask for a beating from SM & Avex at this moment?
