Micky Yoochun’s manager has been booked without detention for assaulting a female high school student.
Team 3 of the Western Hwasung Police Station stated that, “During the interrogation, Mr. Park (The manager) admitted to pushing the student’s shoulder,” and “Swearing at someone or pushing someone is considered assault, so he was booked without detention.”
According to the police, the manager admitted to his actions against the student. The police stated, “It doesn’t matter whether or not Mr. Park slapped the student or not. Mr. Park has already admitted to his crime.” They also added, “There will be an additional investigation with the CCTV footage and statements for the witnesses.”
The case will be handed over to the Prosecution next month. There is a high possibility that Mr. Park will have his indictment suspended or receive a fine. A representative of the investigation team involved stated, “Because this is an assault case, it will end quickly with a suspension of his indictment or a fine,” and “Which of the two punishments he receives will depend on his past criminal records.”
A settlement between Mr. Park and the student would not greatly affect the penalty Mr. Park will receive. The police stated, “A settlement would only change the severity of the penalty,” and “If they were to reach a settlement, Mr. Park would more likely receive a suspension of indictment or a smaller fine.”
Mr. Park has been investigated by the police for assaulting a fan of Micky Yoochun who was taking a picture of the celebrity. Mr. Park stated, “The student was swearing profusely at me, so I lightly pushed her on the shoulder,” and “Her allegations that I slapped her are completely false.”
Mr. Park stated that he will accept the police’s judgment. He stated, “Because the police have stated that even pushing someone’s shoulder is assault, I will take the penalty,” and “I was hoping to reach a settlement but the student keeps saying that she was slapped and won’t back down. So, I have decided that it would be better to just receive the punishment I am given.”

Korean rules are different from our rules in places like Asia small things are even crimes, such as pushing. And let’s remember The woman that attacked Changmin, she lied and said he attacked her she insisted that it was the truth but it wasn’t. People have tongues they can lie. Now idk about this girl, over the past years I have seen those managers do stuff to others that make my mouth drop and not only Dbsk’s.

supposedly though thy couldn’t find a slap in the footage but he did admit to pushing her she was lying
anyways the fact that he was mature enough to accept the p unishment so respectivly makes me was to believe him more
in the past they’ve (dbsk managers) only pushed never actually hit…. D: so….

Swearing and pushing are considered assault and he will accept the police’s judgment => Sure! He is taking responsibility for his actions!
But why only Yoochun’s manager? What about CNBlue’s, SHINee’s…? They hit fans, not only push but hit, luckily, those fans who got hit are true fans and they didn’t sue them. Unlike this case, that girl’s not a fan so she lied and exaggerated things, why her action is not considered slander??? Plus she also swore at him and only the manager got fined for assault! Why??? Bcuz she’s a minor or what?
I personnally find that DAMN UNFAIR!

The other fans didn’t press charges.
I have no sympathy for the manager nor for the girls but I feel really sad for Yoochun who was innocent and had to go through this

okay people say they feel no sympathy for the manager but seriously ! okay I know she was a girl but a push is nothing, especially if he ASKeD her to stop and she didn’t, even swearing at him
like, he probably cares for yoochun and obviously yoochun felt really uncomfortable with it so he resorted to pushing her … she was the one in the wrong
okay so he got a punishment because of the law but you gotta have some sympathy for him too
he did his best to protect yoochun what more could I ask for?
even though he would receive punishment … that girl was terrible D:
sorry for the long comment lol

Her behaviour and her insults are probably the reasons why he got not detention.

yes, it’s better to truthfully admit the faults, receive the penalty, and be done with it as soon as possible than creating a longwinded conflict..

If swearing at someone is considered assault then the girl is guilty too
Both hold some blame, and in the end the police is the one who will chose the better punishment
Sadly how we have seen many other managers do worse things, and is just now that someone complains.

I feel sorry for the manager…he would be known as “The manager who slap someone face” he even didnt do that…..

Good that he was punished for his action, law is law, but I would be really mad if he slapped her because more than a violent action, slapping someone in the face is humiliating (I rather take a punch in my stomach than being slapped in the face).
Good to know that this fan sister lied. Now she has no credibility.
I’m more mad at the fact that this happens to Yoochun. I really really want to see the CCTV.

The manager was wrong in pushing even if it was needed … however, if swearing is assault then why isn’t the student being given a penalty? And surely she should be done in for slander too …
I just feel sorry for Yoochun … He’s completely innocent yet he’s being dragged into it simply cos the manager is know as ‘Yoochun’s manager’ and it doesn’t reflect too well on him …

now i feel like that girl is more like anti-yoochun =__= if she loves her idol then she shouldn’t do this or create a bigger problem , this will only ruin the way micky thinks of her. For the manager, he should have ben more understanding to avoid this and shouldn’t have touched her to cause a fuss like this. Both sides are at fault. This is just my opinion
