Huh? Does that mean the exclusive contract is now absolutely INVALID, that JCS won, and that The lawsuit is over? Or is this just a summary of what the plaintiff want?

No one is winning anything, how can they win anything the judge hasn’t declared an official sentence. This is representing the case from the Plaintiff party (party who brings the case to court). These are the points that will be brought up throughout the trial at court.

No, this is a civil case the members never need to be present at any of the civil trials unless they want to ofcourse. It’s not section by section, this is a total different case of submission, remember the article the other day about JYJ filing another case for however much amount of won? This is the contents of that case. So different clause in other words.

This is the income aspect of the case. Our boys won the other half but until the court can finally order sm to pay our boys their hard earned income/money, the court case wont be finished until then.
I’d say another few months at least until this case is finished or until sm can stop being fickle buttholes and agree on a settlement with the boys.
