Singapore is once again blowing Korean “crazy!” (t/n: play on words- it’s supposed to be “wind”)
Korean heavenly-group DBSK’s Kim Junsu and twin brother Kim Junho will arrive tomorrow night, with 90% of the tickets of Junho’s showcase concert sold out!
For his debut, 23 year old Korean newcomer singer Kim Junho, is riding on his brother’s, mega-popular group DBSK member Kim Junsu (also known as “Xiah”), light. But unlike Junsu, who grew famous from Korea to overseas, Junho is under his company’s plan to set out from China. Not only is he just signed under a Beijing management company, he is also holding his first Asia tour performance there.
DBSK has debuted for 7 years already, so their popularity in Asia has only been inclining as the years go by. But recently with their storm outburst, they have decided to fly solo in both Korea and Japan, which has attracted the attention of many. The main organizers of Junho’s showcase, Quest Group, expressed that Kim Junsu came alone to Singapore, specifically to support his brother with his Singapore activities, so the main person is still Junho.
Quest Group told the reporters yesterday that, other than the ticketed-concert in Sentosa on May 1, Junho will also appear at IMM for a handshake meeting the next day. Right now, he’s planning for an autograph-session at HMV Somerset@313 on the 2nd, but that is still left to be confirmed.
In the 1 hour long ticketed-concert, Junho will be singing a total of 5 songs, and the venue will hold 2400 fans. There will be opportunities of fan-interaction, games, and many other chances for fans to get close to their idol. Quest Group said that the tickets for the concert have already sold out 90%
Among the 3 activities, it is reported that DBSK’s Kim Junsu will only appear at his brother’s concert, presenting 1 slow ballad. As for the other 2 activities, Quest Group admitted that it is still unconfirmed whether he will attend the other 2– “It depends on Kim Junsu himself”.
Tomorrow, Kim Junsu will be on flight KE 641, and will arrive at Terminal 2 of Changi Airport at 9:20PM. He will meet with his brother Kim Junho in the restricted area first before coming out to meet fans. He will be coming with an entourage of 17 people, including; his manager, makeup artists, haristylists, and 12 backup dancers, etc.
Staying for only at few days in Singapore, Quest Group has especially prepared for the 2 brothers to eat all the delicious local food– “Some Korean artists will insist upon eating at Korean restaurants when they come here. But the Kim brothers aren’t picky with food, and they didn’t particularly request for Kimchi! They are willing to try Singapore’s local delicacies, so we have prepared for them to eat fresh seafood and such”.
Local fans can go to HMV to purchase Kim Junho’s new album. Singapore will be his third stop in his Asia tour, after Beijing and Tokyo.

i was standing from an excellent spot. but when su came out, my camera went off. low bttery. cause there were too many false alarms! such a pity but he looked in my direction. as expected, he was wearing black suit, white inside and his cool shades. porcelain like skin. he wasn’t smiling, junho walked infront of him. only junho was smiling. but junsu was just >.<!!!!! once i see the other 4, i can rest in peace.
