So, I think is because it is his natural face without edit the picture!
kkkkkk… I think he is just natural and with the lines or marks when he smiles… 
… We know that they did some edition on the pictures to take out the lines sometimes… My comment is without any intention to offend or something… just my thought of way he looks different
