Eventhough I don’t understand what 2009 Mania is.. (maybe it should be 2009 Maniac? XD I am MIROTIC maniac), but yay! TVXQ is owned both awards they’re nominated in!
Or at least, they’re now topping the on line poll coz as you guys know, Melon Awards result is determined also by:
- streaming counts
- numbers of downloads
- extra downloads such as ringtones
Btw, the on-line poll result is totally SM-ed ^^;;;
Now that we know SM artists will come to the event on December 16th, will the duo model HoMin come along as well?

actually jaechunsu can come as well, i believe melon awards wont and cant ban them … they are afterall tvxq members too…and as for sm, they have no rights to stop jaechunsu from coming too, remember the court rules the trio to have freedom over their own activities, participating in a award show should be under own activities.
so currently the situation would be whether sm is allowing homin to attend the award show to receive the award and whether jaechunsu wanna appear on the show?

From what I understand, it’s true that Jaechunsu are allowed to pursue their own personal activities, but not as DBSK. SM is not allowing the five to work together under the name of DBSK right now, so it’s probably unlikely that they’d be appearing together.
