I believe even many of you have noticed there are a lot of messages from TVXQ fans which contains support, advice, anxiety, and even frustation.
There are quite many things are sent to me.
Would everyone give these serious idea and/or feedbacks to AVEX as well?
I would like to thank you for all the advices you sent me.
Meanwhile, for me not being able to respond anything, I’m truly sorry.
The first time I began writing about Tohoshinki on my blog was on December 29th, 2006 “Tohoshinki single Step by Step is coming out next year!!!”. It’s been 3 years since then. From the promotion, to the first appearance in Music Station, to appearance in Red and White, etc… the staffs have put so much effort to all those events, my heart is trembling when I try to recall everything.
We’ve done our utmost effort (to support the boys), however, there are a lot of things we’re not given any information.
Therefore, please understand that this is not the right time to release any official statement.
Indeed, we’re going to do everything we’re supposed to do.

It seems like AVEX does not have that much influence on the situation as we have first came to believe. I often thought that TVXQ will have more autonomy in Japan under the wings of AVEX but I guess AVEX’s hands are tied behind their backs, too. I guess it surmise to conclude that if SM will eventually disband the group there’s really nothing that AVEX could do to twist their arm. Now, I am getting scared…I was hoping that they could at least hold onto thier Japanese career with their Korean career extinguished…I guess SM is now on a warpath and reason is not an arsenal we could use. I pray that Max will give it a good fight till the end…at least we know he tried his best.

I agree with u but if SM have more power when it comes to their japanese career as ur saying I dont think SM would have allowed the boys to take part in any events in japan or for Tohoshinki to release new a single that will come out next year and if u noticed ever since the whole thing started sm always been speaking about DBSK activites in korea but sm never spoke about Tohoshinki or their activites in Japan

Agreed, this letter is borderlined on sadness and tiredness..
A couple things I wanna point out:

Of course, to me and anyother people, AVEX is recognized as the cool, warm and fair management company due to Max himself has portrayed it to be… But to be asked with that question, I am alarmed…
Percieving on what he wrote, what we saw and what we gathered, SM Japan take care ot HoMin while JaeChunSu are taken care by AVEX (speculation but very likely). How is it going to work for the fan meeting events to come? I do not know…
SM’s attitude toward this issue is unbelievable. They are on the warpath as you said… For Christ sake, is there could be a way to take over this company and change the management team?
So back to the question, I hope he still holds on to the ‘never give up’ motto he lives on, though it would be harder for AVEX staffs hereon.
I can only ‘Never Give Up’ on AVEX and THSK and wish for the best….

Its not that Avex fell under the influence of SM ent. spell.
Avex is in fact one of the main indie record labels in the world!
The thing is Jaechunsu brought suit against SM ent. and the matter falls within the jurisdiction of Seoul District Court.Max Matsuura can do nothing for DBSK as long as the case is still pending.On the other hand,he can shield Tohoshinki, and rest assured that he wont give up on them!He is like a father and best friend to Tohoshinki and is the key person when it comes to their japanese career.
Sm ent. influence over Avex is limited and is all about the profit-sharing part they derive from our boys’ japanese activities.
Lastly but most importantly,if and I SAY IF DBSK were to be disbanded by SM ent.,no worries.Wot really matters is that Jaechunsu win this case.And u know why?Simply cos,as Yunho said,U CANT SEPARATE 5 PPL WHO WANT TO STICK TOGETHER!This means that even if DBSK is forced to disband,they will gather again under another label(u wonder how about Yunho and Changmin?Dont trouble urself for Im sure they will somehow follow Jaechunsu).Who knows, Avex could take care of both their domestic and international activities since they have wot it takes(financial resourses included).If that really happened, Tohoshinki and DBSK would really become one under one management.

Yes, I’ll keep my faith and my believing in, supporting TVXQ.
Sometimes with all those negative “news” about TVXQ situation, I’m so tired, but deep down in me, I know a better time for them will come.
To me TVXQ, all five members are not only talented artistes, but they are also smart and BRAVE people. And couragous people may started something rebellious and their path will not always be smoothly and straight but in the end they’ll be the WINNERS, because they’ll achieve something that other ppl dreamt of or never dreamt of *LOL*
TVXQ is for no reason called as “the gods of the east” , like the Japanese group Arashi (storm) they also have rocky times behind them, before reaching their own LEAGUE and seeing as the most beloved boygroup in Japan, TVXQ has something alike Arashi but I believe TVXQ will be more than that, the LEAGUE as the most beloved group in ASIA.
All I can do is giving them the support.
And I’ll keep my believing in them that they know what they’re doing, and staying as themselves!

Hmm, I’m not exactly know why but I know they are under Rythmn Zone for record releasing and such. Probably it’s a like a collaboration with SM Japan and Avex. Their record company will be under Avex but artiste management would probably be under SM Japan.

Feels like there’re many things that even Matsura doesn’t even know, hope Avex won’t be blinded/cheated by SM.
I found something interesting about him in wiki

i have to say wow~~ he must be a good man, a good CEO to gain that much support from Avex’s artists right?? I hope he can turn the table with SM like that.

thanx so much for the info. I’ve always had lots of faith in Matsura to help our boys. He’s not only a good man, he’s smart, and VERY careful with his words as well. I really respect these kinda people. I have lost faith in SME a long time already. Avex is really my hope to keep the boys going.

yeah, i remember when that happened! Also, about Ami Suzuki, she was let go from her other company because of some dumb, unfair reason and Max was able to make her a star again even though she use to be Hamasaki’s rival. Yeah, I’ve always knew that Avex was a great company. I really hope somehow he can help our boys.
Also, I was wondering, why is it that BoA (until recently) only works in Japan? I know that SM always trained her to be a star in Japan. But sometimes I wonder if she works in Japan mostly because she prefers working under Avex. Since she’s SM’s golden child, maybe SM allowed her to work mostly in Japan just to keep her happy (since it would be worst if someone like her tried to sue SM or something). I don’t know. I’ve always found it odd that SM made DBSK work in Korea, Japan and in other asian countries almost all at the same time while BoA has worked in Japan without releasing a Korean album (other than SM Town and Anyband stuff) in a long time.
