Some of the members of the popular group TVXQ, Kim Jaejoong, Kim Junsu and Park Micky Yoochun issued a writ against SM Entertainment in the Seoul Central District
The goal for the artists is to remove the non exclusivity clause in their contract.
These 3 members are running their personal business of cosmetic-related business Creabeau with their parents.
SM Entertainment representative Lee SooMan said “TVXQ is a band that represents Asia, they must absolutely continue actitivies. The cosmetics company issue, will be resolved”.

i fink LXM went bak to korea 2dai and resolve dis problems… and i kinda heard from other forum saids the problem has been resolved. But i dun really believe it since they just issued their application to court yesterday about the exclusive clause of their contract. im sure that they’re definately not going to disband~~!!!!

man,he treat RAIN so well and even RAIN has
a new company already,he still support RAIN…
If ever TVXQ want to leave SM i think

The goal for the boys is being able to use their name for other activities/products than only for SM ent. It’s a way for them to get more freedom. This will not change about how much they earn on SM products (cds, photobook…). There’s no victim (well kind of since the boys are working like slaves. but who doesn’t in this world?), no culprit.
There is one danger: loosing this lawcase !
