TVXQ’s Changmin showed some love for his buddy, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, by attending the show of his musical, “Singin’ in The Rain”, on July 6.

Changmin came to see the performance at the Chungmuro Art Hall. During the intermission, he managed to see Kyuhyun’s mother and they comforted each other. He also managed to come to see Kyuhyun at the backstage and snapped a picture with him, as shared by Kyuhyun on his Twitter.

“The one who came back ShimChwang (Changmin) and Singing in the rain^^,” tweeted Kyuhyun along with a picture of the two of them posing with double v-signs to the camera.

The musical “Singin’ in The Rain” is a musical adapted from the 1952 movie of the same name. It tells a romantic story of its casts on their way to stardom. The Korean musical is produced by SM Entertainment’s subsidiary company SM C&C, which has casted a lot of SM artists in its rooster, including EXO’s Baekhyun, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun, TRAX’s Jay and Girls’ Generation’s Sunny.

Park Yoochun will be making his screen debut through the movie ‘Sea Fog’.

‘Sea Fog’ is the story of six sailors who come across a boat of stowaways on the high seas, spiralling them into a situation they could have never imagined. Park Yoochun plays the role of Dong Shik, the youngest crew member of the ship who falls in love with Hong Mae.

Kicking off his acting career in the drama ‘SungKyunKwan Scandal’, Park Yoochun has taken on a variety of roles in ‘Miss Ripley’, ‘Rooftop Prince’, ‘Miss You’ and ‘Three Days’, and has been recognized as a talented actor. His chemistry with Kim Yoon Seok in ‘Sea Fog’ is one of the most-awaited partnerships of the year.

Park Yoochun stated, “The other actors were completely focused on researching their characters, even when they weren’t filming anything. Their gazes were intense at every moment. During the entire filming process, I saw them as the crew of the ship, not as actors.” Director Shim Sung Bo expressed his satisfaction with the actor as he stated, “Once I met Park Yoochun, I knew that no other actor could measure up.”

Bong Junho said, “I’m very happy about the fact that the movie industry has gained such an amazing actor,” while Kim Yoon Seok said, “Though we’ve never met before, we got along like a duck to water, and now, he feels like family.”

The suspenseful and intense movie ‘Sea Fog’ is set to be released on the 13th of August.

Kim Yoon Seok praises Park Yoochun and says, “He has a pretty face but…”

Actor Kim Yoon Seok showered Park Yoochun, his ‘Sea Fog’ co-star, with high praise.

During the press conference that was held on the 1st in Shinsa-dong, Kim Yoon Seok said, “Park Yoochun has a pretty face but he’s a total ‘man’. I didn’t know he was so wily. He’s so manly.”

He continued to explain, “We were required to shoot an action scene in a small space, and the entire inside of the boat was made of metal. He kept banging into the walls as he moved around, but he didn’t make a single complaint and waited till we were done filming to get his injuries treated.”

Kim Yoon Seok continued with his high praise for Park Yoochun by saying, “He’s extremely sincere about his acting, and I think he’s going to have a long and bright career as an actor.”

Meanwhile, ‘Sea Fog’ depicts the struggles of six sailors as fate leads them to a boat of North Korean refugees, spiralling them into a situation that they had never expected.

Netizens who heard of Kim Yoon Seok’s praise left comments such as, “I hope Park Yoochun succeeds as an actor,” “Park Yoochun is going to have a great acting career,” and “I can’t wait to see the movie.”

[News] 140707 “Triangle” Extended with Two More Episodes

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

MBC’s Monday-Tuesday drama “Triangle” has been extended with two episodes to properly wrap up the exciting story.

A representative of MBC revealed to Star News on July 7, “The actors and producers recently discussed extending the drama. They decided on producing two more episodes.”

Originally planned to be 24 episodes long, “Triangle” will finish its run after 26 episodes. Instead of airing its final episode on July 22, the finale will air on July 29. Consequently, the follow-up drama “The Night Watchman” has been forced to pushed back its premiere to August 4.

“We have six episodes left until the end, but a lot of stories are yet to be explained, and thus we decided to extend the drama,” the representative explained.

“Triangle” is currently in the stages of unraveling the truth behind the birth of the three brothers, Jang Dong Soo (Lee Bum Soo), Heo Young Dal (Kim Jae Joong) and Yoon Yang Ha (Im Si Wan).

The drama airs every Monday and Tuesday at 9:55pm (KST).
